Effective: 2026-10-30. Under Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this policy explains which personal data we process on bestexclusivelhu.club.

We do not process special category data, do not profile you or make automated decisions, and use no analytics or advertising tracking code on this website. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data is passed to a font provider.
3. Who can access the data
Only the staff handling your enquiry. Our website hosting provider and the email service that delivers form messages (currently Yandex’s SMTP service) act as processors. If a processor handles data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (GDPR Art. 46) or another appropriate safeguard. We send the current list of processors on request. We do not sell personal data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also request portability of the data you provided. Send requests to [email protected]; we reply within one month at the latest.
5. Complaints
If you believe our processing infringes your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, www.naih.hu) or go to court. Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
6. Security
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Messages are kept in a mailbox with restricted access, and we do not ask for data we do not need.
7. Minors
This website and our services are intended for businesses only. We do not knowingly process data of persons under 18.

We update this policy when the law or our processing changes; the current version is always available on this page.
